Lean
Manufacturing with Minimum Labor
Core products are produced in manufacturing cells
with optimized lot sizes as small as one piece. Multiple operations
are arranged for efficient completion of all processes with minimal
operator involvement.
Added
Value
In addition to our fabrication and machining capabilities, Custom
Tube Products, Inc. commonly produces components requiring
assembly, plating, heat treat, and special packaging. We also provide
inventory and consignment services along with flexible shipping
and lot size options.
Engineering
and Tooling
We regularly work with customers early in the prototyping process
to guarantee that the parts designed are manufacturable. Often times,
simple changes early in the design process can save significant
amounts in tooling and future production costs.

Brazing - Manual and Automated |
Assembly
Services
In addition to providing metal forming and machining
processes, Custom Tube Products, Inc. excels in producing parts
that require multiple components or subassemblies and secondary
processing such as physical assembly, brazing (both automatic and
hand), and testing.
Customized
Manufacturing Cells
Custom Tube Products is currently the world's largest producer of
pushrods and fuel lines for piston aircraft engines. Dedicated flexible
manufacturing cells were developed to produce these key components
cost effectively with the lowest possible labor component.

Custom Tube Products is the world's
largest producer of Aircraft Pushrods. |
Quality
We produce the highest quality products available. Quality testing
procedures include dimensional, magnaflux, hardness, ultrasonic,
pressure decay, and destructive processes. We maintain a formal
