Lean Manufacturing with Minimum Labor
Core products are produced in manufacturing cells with optimized lot sizes as small as one piece. Multiple operations are arranged for efficient completion of all processes with minimal operator involvement.

Added Value
In addition to our fabrication and machining capabilities, Custom Tube Products, Inc. commonly produces components requiring assembly, plating, heat treat, and special packaging. We also provide inventory and consignment services along with flexible shipping and lot size options.

Engineering and Tooling
We regularly work with customers early in the prototyping process to guarantee that the parts designed are manufacturable. Often times, simple changes early in the design process can save significant amounts in tooling and future production costs.
